I was on the phone with the phone company over some DSL internet issues, for a couple of hours on Saturday, and I learned the following things;
1) My phone company offers faster internet service than what I currently have.
2) It has double the speed I have now and costs $5 more per month.
3) The faster service isn't available "in my area," "at the present time."
4) After switching around from "phone service" to "technical support" to "internet service" to "internet technical support" I figured out what was causing the problem I was having on my own.
